White House hosting annual Easter Egg Roll on Monday morning

WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump hosted an annual tradition at the White House Monday morning.

The White House Easter Egg Roll kicked off on the South Lawn at 11 a.m.

The tradition, which dates back to 1878, allows White House staff members and their families to enjoy a day of Easter festivities and egg rolling for children ages 13 and under.
