Surveillance video shows a violent crash involving a Detroit city bus.
A white SUV can be seen passing into the path of the bus.
The force of the crash pushed the SUV 50-feet, and then the bus plowed through a brick wall.
The view from inside the bus showed the driver thrown from his seat. The department of transportation covered part of the video to protect the driver's privacy.
Police say the 18-year-old driver of the SUV ran a stop sign before the crash on May 26th.
Five people were hurt.
