(NBC) - Surveillance video captured the moment Sunday morning when a sport-utility vehicle drove through the front plate glass window of a bakery in Texas, injuring 10 people.
Just before 10:30 a.m., the SUV crashed into the front of a bakery in Garland, Texas, located about 20 miles northeast of Dallas.
One person was taken to the hospital and nine others were treated at the scene.
The driver said he was attempting to park and pressed the gas instead of the brake petal.
Surveillance video shows the driver was competing with another car for a parking spot.
No charges have been filed in the incident, and the man was able to drive his vehicle home.
