(NBC) - The owner of a Georgia gun shop says he had no choice Monday but to open fire on two armed suspects, killing one.
Police said the two armed men burst in Jimmy Groover's Dixie Gun and Pawn Store in broad daylight and held the owner at gunpoint.
What the men weren't aware of is that Groover had a gun of his own.
Surveillance video shows Groover picking up his gun and firing several rounds, killing one of the robbers.
Police said the other suspect ran off and is still on the run.
Authorities said it is unlikely Groover will be charged since he acted in self-defense.
