A giant blue building, shaped like a high-heeled shoe, is actually a church in Chiayi.
It's still under construction but that's not stopping tourists from visiting.
The design is to honor the victims of blackfoot disease which affects the blood supply to the lower limbs.
The church specifically wanted to honor the women who had leg amputations because of the disease.
