Hundreds of new emojis are coming to your smartphone!
According to Emojipedia, the Unicode Consortium approved 230 new emojis for major platforms in 2019.

They include people with disabilities, service animals, and prosthetic limbs to focus on inclusion.
There will also be animals like a flamingo, otter, and sloth, as well as random items like a waffle, stick of butter, ice cube, swimsuits, underwear, and a parachute.
The new emojis will gradually be rolled out over the course of the year.
