A mother in Ohio is reminding all parents that accidents with children can happen in a blink of an eye.
She was loading her kids into the car, when a gust of wind sent a shopping cart with a car seat on it into the curb.
Thankfully her baby was not inside.
But that mother now says she's on a mission to make parents aware that putting a car seat on top of a shopping cart can be dangerous, especially when left unattended.
According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, from 2008-2012 more than 107,000 children were hurt due to shopping cart-related accidents.
