Police in Texas are trying to find the man who hurt a police officer during a traffic stop.
A dash camera recorded the scene as multiple police cars surrounded a white Ford F-150.
Weslaco police say the driver was asleep behind the wheel while the truck was running, but when they asked him to turn it off and get out, he refused.
At one point you can see one of the officers reach into the window of the truck just as the man starts driving off. Video shows the driver hitting that police SUV in front of him while two of the officers try to hang on.
Then, you can see the driver-side door open as the man picks up speed and one of the officers is thrown to the ground.
The driver is wanted for aggravated assault on a peace officer.
The extent of the officer's injuries was not released.
