(WLS, CNN NEWSOURCE) In Chicago authorities tackled a man trying to run on an expressway with his pants down around his ankles.
Police said they received calls about the man after 6 a.m. Tuesday.
They were told he was walking on the Dan Ryan Expressway and metro rail tracks.
State police, Chicago police and transportation workers rushed to the scene.
Power was temporarily cut to those tracks while authorities moved in on the man.
He was put into an ambulance just after 6:35 and taken to a hospital.
It's not clear why he was walking on the expressway.
