(KTTC, NBC NEWSCHANNEL)  Cellphone video shows an 11-year-old driving a stolen cement truck, mixing things up on a sunny Sunday in Dodge Center, Minnesota outside Rochester.

Police say the child swiped the truck from a local contractor, and then swiped an officer while cutting through yards, cementing his reputation as he rolled and rumbled through city streets, apparently lacking a concrete plan for escape. Until police finally nabbed him.

"I bet you, I seen him six, seven, different times smiling, hooting and hollering. He was having a good time," said witness Troy Flatness.

No one was injured.

There's no word on the driver's identity.

Authorities hauled him off to juvenile hall.
