INDIANAPOLIS -- Even as former Subway spokesman Jared Fogle appeared in court to answer to child pornography charges Wednesday, a promo for a digital game called "Jared's Pants Dance" still lived on Subway's website.
A deputy managing editor at CNBC spotted the promo and shared it via Twitter:

Subway has since removed the game promo from its site.
The free game featured a pair of blue jeans used to catch falling sandwiches, bottles of water and snacks, the New York Post reported.
