A Milwaukee woman added to the FBI's Top 10 Most Wanted list this week has been captured in North Carolina, according to a tweet from FBI Milwaukee.
Shanika S. Minor, 24, was wanted for murdering a Milwaukee woman in March who was nine months pregnant.
