When it comes to pregnancy, everyone has opinions — but do they have facts to back them up?

Two things some say pregnant women shouldn't consume are fish and coffee. Fish is a staple of a healthy diet, but it contains trace amounts of mercury. Coffee is a source of caffeine, which is said to increase the risk of miscarriage.

While both of these statements is true, neither pose a real threat to a healthy baby. Watch this video to find out why and to hear other pregnancy myths dispelled.
