Listen up, fitness junkies and gym enthusiasts! If you are searching for a full-time work-from-home job with some pretty sweet benefits, then this might be the perfect position for you. ClassPass, the fitness company that allows its members to work out at boutique exercise studios and gyms in over 39 cities around the world, is hiring remote customer experience associates. The salary starts at $40,000 a year with potential for overtime. No, you won't be paid to exercise, but you will get a free ClassPass membership, among other benefits like medical coverage, flexible vacation time and a 401(k). Plus, there's the best benefit of all—the convenience of being able to work from the comfort of your own home office, anywhere in the U.S.!

As part of the Customer Experience team, you will be fielding inquiries from customers via email and live chat, so great communication and writing skills are a must! They also value creative thinkers, who can keep an eye out for any site or app issues. You'll be required to maintain a high satisfaction rating while hitting daily goals of a certain number of customer responses. The two shifts that they have available are later than your standard 9-to-5  gig, but if you attend daytime classes, are a parent with young kids or simply hate getting up early in the mornings, this schedule could be ideal for you. They're hiring people to work Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 12 a.m. Eastern time, and Saturday to Wednesday from 3 p.m. to 12 a.m. Eastern time. https://www.instagram.com/p/BNsj-V5BkN2/

How To Apply

To apply for one of ClassPass' remote customer service positions, visit their website and fill out for the form at the bottom of the job listing page. You'll need to answer all of the standard application questions, as well as upload a cover letter and resume. Plus, ClassPass is looking for fast typists, so they will ask you to take a quick typing test to gauge your speed. (Don't worry, you can take the typing test as many times as you need to, and then enter your best time.) In case you weren't aware, the average person typically types between 38 to 40 words per minute, but a professional typist logs around 65 to 75 words per minute. They also want to know how you'd handle writing an email to notify members that a class has been cancelled. Overall, since this job doesn't require talking on the phone, excellent written communication skills are important, so make you use spell-check before submitting your application! https://www.instagram.com/p/BZyUdPDF0rn/

More About ClassPass

The company was founded in 2013 by Payal Kadakia, a businesswoman and dancer. The idea to start ClassPass came to her when she was searching for a ballet class to take and found the online sign-up process frustrating—so she created ClassPass. Members pay a monthly fee, which entitles them to try a variety of fitness classes, from ballet and pilates to boxing and Crossfit, at local gyms and exercise studios, and they sign up using the ClassPass website or app.
