It seems counterintuitive for a butcher shop to have a vegan menu. But in the competitive restaurant world, you have to keep up with the trends and vegan options are hot.
Starting on May 30th there will be five VeganApproved.org menu items including:
- Avocado roll
- Tostada
- Soba noodle bowl (all pictured above)
- Vegan meatball sub
- Chocolate avocado mousse
