I saw this video on my friend's Facebook page and immediately changed my Sunday brunch plans because I just had to try the Country Fried Chicken Biscuit at Copper Blues .
The video was created by Chefs Rodney Germain and Leo Briceno and at brunch, the duo showed up to my table they had giant smiles on their faces. They knew their creation was going to delight my taste buds.
The white gravy, a Texas favorite, was served on the side and as I poured it over my sandwich I tried to recreate their video. I failed, my attempt didn't seem as cool and as sexy as their video and hoped they didn't notice (I wanted them to think I was cool... I'm not).
