When I was a student at Forest North Elementary School in Jollyville Texas, my friends and I used to play a game called MASH.  It was supposed to predict your degree of success in life. Will I live in a mansion, apartment, shack or house?

My life, thus far, has been stuck in apartment mode.  But that didn't stop me from dreaming this morning as I toured 611 South Ocean Blvd.

The beach-front mansion on Ocean Avenue in Delray Beach is going up for auction at 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 26.

The 1.26-acre oceanfront estate, built in 1997, offers nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms, and "oh wow" moments around every corner.

"When you have 130 feet on the Ocean, it's just dynamic; add a 21,000 square foot mansion to it, and it's the ultimate living lifestyle," Lamar Fisher, President, and CEO of Fisher Auction Company confidently said.

"It truly offers the lifestyle of the rich and famous.  Even down to an incredible Oval Office, and a movie theater, wine cellar, and almost every room looks over the Atlantic Ocean (which is just beautiful)," brags Lamar.

There's a third-floor ocean-view gym. The only way to reach it is, ironically, by elevator.

To me, the home seems perfect for throwing a grand gala.  Lamar told me many parties had been thrown here and Oprah Winfrey even did a story from the home several years ago.

"From the billiard room to the party room, to the multiple wet bars throughout the property, even in your own master bedroom.  So you have the opportunity to be able to entertain 100 to 200 people and not even run into each other," remarks Lamar.

Lamar expects to get bids on the estates from all over the world.  So those of you wealthy enough to bid, I'm ready to up my "MASH Game"... I'm single and available to move in with you.
