Treasure Coast country music artist JessLee has won a spot on Team Blake for this season of The Voice. She stopped by WPTV today to talk about her journey.
When JessLee of Stuart arrived at WPTV this morning show brought along her "Glam Squad" and what she calls her mom-ager to talk about her experience of winning a spot on the voice.
She signed autographs, did interviews, a photo shoot, and even serenaded the newsroom.

Her blind audition episode aired last week on WPTV and during the last note of her song both Blake Shelton and Kelly Clarkson turned their chairs around indicating that they wanted JessLee on their team.
JessLee asked the two judges why they didn't turn around sooner. She says the two were talking to each other about her performance and... "We just literally forgot to hit the button. And we realized it at the last moment... oh we need to turn," said JessLee!
And Turn they did, simultaneously giving JessLee a standing ovation.
But why Team Blake over Team Kelly?
"One of the things that touched my heart when Blake had actually said, we need more rocking women and strong women in country music. And that's exactly who I am, that's exactly who I want to be, he recognized it, and I think we need more too. He is just the obvious choice for me.
