PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. — Many of you want to stay home and continue isolating and others are looking for things to do while still practicing social distancing.

So I'm starting the list off with where we left off the last time we published this weekly post before the stay at home order because I think it’s still such a pandemic friendly idea.

1) Lion Country Safari
If you want to still practice isolation, you can head to Lion Country Safari. You can stay in your car and drive through the safari as many times as you like in one day for the price of admission.

Things To Know

  • You need to purchase your tickets in advance
  • Tickets can be used for up to two weeks after the date you select
  • Animals are most active during the rain
  • Parts of the venue are closed
  • Food options available

2) South Florida Science Center and Aquarium
The center is reopening on Memorial Day (earlier if you're a member). Science Center educators will be performing live shows daily at the brand-new Cox Amphitheater located outside. Shows will feature liquid nitrogen, combustion, pressurization and other favorites all summer long. Guests are invited to bring their own picnic blankets and lunch.

Things To Know

  • All guests and staff must wear masks when indoors

  • Practice social distancing by staying six feet apart
  • Not all the exhibits are open

3) Game of Axes
If you been stuck at home and you’re trying to work out some pent up aggression, Game of Axes has reopened in Boynton Beach. They say they are following the CDC guidelines for COVID-19. There are no sharing of axes, parties need to be six feet apart for each other, they are fogging and sanitizing lanes after each party, and more. It costs about $22 per person.

4) Drive Shack
Drive Shack in West Palm Beach has reopened they are using alternating bays for each party and following other safety measures.

We are very happy to get our associates back to work and to offer a safe entertainment option for our Palm Beach Residents and guests.
