Nothing beats a homemade pie at the Thanksgiving table, but let’s be honest: We don’t all have time to make a pie from scratch.

And even if we wanted to bake a pie, some of us (myself included) simply can’t seem to do it. Just because we don’t have the time or skills, though, doesn’t mean we should miss out, and luckily, Krispy Kreme has us covered with its new offering: pie-inspired doughnuts!

The new Easy As Pie doughnuts come in three flavors: Dutch apple pie, chocolate Kreme pie and cherry pie.

A fall favorite, the Dutch apple pie doughnut is stuffed with apple pie filling, then dipped in caramel icing, topped in streusel topping and hand-decorated with an icing lattice.

If chocolate is more your thing, the chocolate Kreme pie doughnut contains chocolate filling and is dipped in chocolate icing, topped with a dollop of cream topping and finished with mini-chocolate chips. Lastly, the cherry pie doughnut is topped with pie crust crumbles and a cherry filling. It is also decorated with an icing lattice.

The pie-inspired doughnuts are available now through Thanksgiving Day at participating shops — no baking required! You can pick up some now if you have early celebrations or right before Thanksgiving if you’ll be using them as dessert (or breakfast!).

And before you say that serving doughnuts instead of pie seems lazy, take a look at how glorious they look when displayed:

“There’s nothing easy about making pie, but doughnutized pies are a different story,” Dave Skena, chief marketing officer for Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation said in a press release.

“We’ve taken some of your favorites and transformed them into delicious doughnuts. Buy. Share. Eat. Easy as pie.”

If you do want to bake a pumpkin pie but long to skip all the time-consuming steps involved in baking it from scratch, Costco has a clever baking-hack item just for you: Pumpkin Pie in a Jar.

The jar includes everything you need to make a pumpkin pie, except for the eggs and crust. You simply beat in the eggs, pour the mixture into your crust and put it in the oven!

As for other Thanksgiving-inspired foods, Aldi is bringing back its Thanksgiving ravioli flavors this year.

As of Nov. 6, you can head to Aldi’s and nab two different Thanksgiving-themed raviolis — Priano’s turkey cranberry ravioli and bourbon sweet potato ravioli — for $2.99 per package.
