Smoked fish dip recipe

Smoked Fish Dip

1 lbs of smoked mahi or any smoked white fish
1 C duke’s mayonnaise
½ tbl Dijon mustard
1 tsp sherry vinegar
1 oz bread and butter pickles diced
½ tbl chopped dill
½ tbl chopped parsley
½ tbl sliced chives

1. Remove skin and blood line if present on smoked fish
2. Using your hands break smoked fish into small pieces
3. Add remaining ingredients to fish and incorporate
