Recipe for walnut encrusted salmon with fresh seasonal vegetables and sweet mashed potatoes courtesy of Raindancer Steakhouse
For each person
8oz salmon filet
Two ounces of chopped walnuts
One ounce of olive oil
Two ounces of natural honey
- Sweet potato
- Brown sugar
- Butter optional
Sautéed or steamed vegetables of your choice.
Heat pan and add oil, dry pat the salmon filet and roll it in the walnut mixture, make sure to coat the fish completely.
Add salmon and sear both sides of the filet. Two minutes per side.
Transfer to a baking pan or casserole dish and add honey and place in a preheated oven of 350 and bake for five to seven minutes for a medium center.
