1. Homemade Cranberry Infused Vodka
2 Cups Fresh Cranberries
½ Cup Sugar
1 Bottle Vodka of your choice
Lightly crash the cranberries, stir well with sugar and vodka, store in a glass container with a lid, and use as needed.
2. Crantini Cocktail
2 oz Cranberry Vodka
½ oz Grapefruit Juice
½ oz Cranberry Juice
Splash of lime juice
In a shaker, over ice, add all ingredients. Shake well, and strain into a chilled Martini Glass. Add 3-4 vodka infused cranberries for garnish, and serve with a wedge of lime.
3. Prosecco Crantini
1 oz Cranberry Vodka
5 oz Prosecco
½ oz Cranberry Juice
Add all ingredients into a Prosecco Flute, garnish with 3 vodka infused cranberries, and serve very cold
4. Cran Mule
2.5 oz Cranberry Vodka
½ oz Cranberry Juice
4 oz Ginger Beer
¼ oz Lime Juice
10 Vodka infused cranberries
5 leaves of fresh mint
In a mixing glass, muddle cranberries and mint leaves. Add all remaining ingredients and stir well, serve over ice in a copper mug.
