Korean BBQ Sauce Recipe
1 cup Brown Sugar
4/5 cup Gochujung Paste
1/3 cup Soy Sauce (Low Sodium)
1/3 cup Seasoned Rice Wine Vinegar
1/3 cup Sesame Oil (Pure)
1 tbsp Ginger (Fresh, Fine Grated)
2 tsp Garlic, chopped
½ cup Water
1 tsp Lemon Juice (Fresh Squeezed)
- Place all ingredients into Robot Coupe (or blender) and blend thoroughly.
- Label, Date, and Refrigerate.
