Pumpkin Pie Tini - $15
Crop Harvest Earth Organic Spiced Pumpkin Vodka, 1.5 oz.
Frangelico, .5 oz.
Pumpkin syrup, .5 oz.
Half and half, 1 oz.
Pumpkin puree, 3 teaspoons
-Rim martini glass with graham-based pie crust crumbles. Mix all ingredients and shake with ice, pour in the martini glass, then serve with whipped cream and pumpkin-spice and sugar crystals on top.
Winter Colada - $14
RumHaven Coconut Rum, 1.5 oz.
Fresh lime juice, .25 oz.
Coconut milk, .5 oz.
Mint leaf sprig
-Mix all ingredients except the mint, and serve over ice, topping with a mint sprig, and pomegranate seeds.
Smoked Maple Sazerac - $24
Eau-branded George Dickel 9-year hand-selected whiskey, 2 oz.
Peychaud’s bitters, 2 dashes
Angostura bitters, 2 dashes
Absinthe mist (spray the glass)
Maple syrup, .25 oz.
-Mix all ingredients in a mixing pitcher, then pour in a snifter, place in smoking box and add maple smoke, allow to sit for 30 seconds before drinking.
