Classic Mint Julep by Okeechobee Steakhouse
7 mint leaves
1 oz simple syrup
2 oz Blantons bourbon
1 teaspoon powered sugar
In a high ball gently muddle mint & simple syrup. Fill glass with crushed ice, add bourbon & stir well until glass is frosted. Top off with crushed ice, fresh mint sprig & powered sugar.
