Calaveras Cantina Ceviche
7 oz poached shrimp
4 oz fresh juiced cucumber
2ea lime fresh squeezed
1/2 avocado diced
3 oz small dice cucumber
3 oz small dice tomato
2 oz minced red onion
Pinch of chopped cilantro
2 oz quality Spanish olive oil
Salt to taste
Mix together and serve with toasted cancha & chips of choice (yucca,plantain,taro).
