Black Bean Brownies
Ingredients:
2 15 ounce cans of black beans (3 cups)
1/3 cup of cocoa powder
1 cup of quick oats
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3/4 cup of maple syrup
1/3 cup of coconut oil
1 tablespoon of almond milk
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 cup of dark chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. After thoroughly drying the black beans, combine all the ingredients in a food processor except for the chocolate chips. Blend till creamy. In a 8 x 8 greased pan pour mixture in and top with chocolate chips. Cook brownies for 18 minutes and cool. Makes about 12 brownies.
