Two men were arrested Wednesday evening in connection with a fatal shooting last week in West Palm Beach.

Brandon Deshad Mills, 27, and Anthony Jamal Williams, 21, both West Palm Beach residents, are charged in the Sept. 7 death of 46-year-old Willie Garvin.

The shooting occurred at about 7 p.m. in the 600 block of 3rd St.  One other person was hurt in the shooting.

U.S. Marshals arrested both men along the 1400 block of Village Blvd. at 6 p.m. Wednesday.

Mills and Williams both face first-degree murder charges.

Williams appeared at his court appearance Thursday morning, but Mills refused to appear. The judge ordered no bond be issued for either suspect.

The state says both men got out of prison in 2014.
