Riviera Beach police have arrested a 15year-old boy in connection with an overnight fatal shooting and identified the teenage victim.
Officers said the shooting occurred at the Stonybrook Apartments located at 1555 Martin Luther King Blvd. around 12:18 a.m. Tuesday.
Police received a call reporting that shots had been fired in the area.
After responding, officers found a 17-year old boy, identified as Narjaa Fraizer, near the 'M' building.
Riviera Beach Fire Rescue transported the teen to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead. Police said the victim was a resident of the apartments.
A 15-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with the case and charged with one count of carrying a concealed firearm and one count of a delinquent in possession of a firearm.
The investigation is ongoing.
