Drivers are paying the highest prices for gas in more than three years, according to AAA.

The average price for a gallon of regular gas in Florida is $2.74 a gallon. While that is lower than the national average of $2.80, it is about 30 cents higher than this time last year.
AAA estimates it will cost you about $5 more to fill up your tank compared to last year.
The West Palm Beach and Boca Raton area has some of the highest prices in the state.
AAA says high oil prices are responsible for the increase, plus a strong demand.
The agency also predicts prices to remain high into the summer travel season.
