FORT PIERCE, Fla. — All northbound lanes of Florida's Turnpike in Fort Pierce reopened Tuesday morning after a deadly crash hours earlier.
The crash happened near Mile Marker 172.
The Florida Highway Patrol says the crash has resulted in a fatality.
The northbound lanes reopened around 11 a.m.
