The U.S. Coast Guard rescued six people from a capsized vessel near Key Largo Saturday.
The Coast Guard Station Islamorada received a distress call from a person clinging to the hull of the 16-foot capsized vessel.
Crews recovered the six survivors from the water and the hull of the vessel with the assistance of a good Samaritan.
The survivors were were transferred to emergency medical services at John Pennekamp Coral Reff State Park.
Three of the patients suffered minor injuries.
