A 21-year-old set a new world record as the youngest female to complete a solo row across the Atlantic ocean when she arrived in Antigua on Saturday.
Jasmine Harrison from England completed the approximately 3,000 mile journey from the Canary Islands in 70 days, three hours and 48 minutes as part of the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge event that began in December.
21 boats from around the world took part in the event this year with some solo and others with teams of up to four rowers that departed the Canary Islands for Antigua and Barbuda in the Caribbean.
