VENICE, Fla. — The Sarasota County Fire Department responded to a crash involving a vehicle and four bicyclists in Venice on Tuesday morning.
Four adult bicyclists were taken to the hospital as trauma alerts. Three were airlifted and one was transported by ambulance. Their conditions are unknown at this time.

Sarasota County Emergency Services tweeted about the incident at 8:47 a.m. Tuesday.
FHP is investigating the crash. The Sarasota County Sheriff's Office is on scene assisting with traffic.
