Another Uber driver in Florida is under arrest in connection with an alleged sexual assault.

Monday a 14-year-old in Kissimmee told police she contacted Uber from an app on her phone.

When the driver arrived he had the teenager sit in the front seat.

He began to make sexual advances to her and then sexually battered her, according to a posting on the Osceola County Sheriff's Office Facebook page.

He then drove past the requested destination, parked near a wooded area, and forced the girl to perform a sex act, the sheriff's office said.

Three days later detectives questioned and later arrested David Pena-Melo, 27, of Kissimmee.

They charged him with sexual battery on a person older than 12 years of age but younger than 18.

He's been booked into the Osceola County Jail.

The sheriff's office is still seeking information and asks anyone who may know something to contact them at (407) 348-2222.
