HOLLYWOOD, Fla. -- A Florida Silver Alert has been issued for 84-year-old Alfredo Arroyo. He was last seen in the 1700 block of Jefferson Street in Hollywood.
He may be traveling in a 2005 blue Mazda MPV with Florida tag ASIE77.
