A 29-year-old Florida man was arrested after he led police on a wild, off-road car chase Wednesday afternoon.
It started in DeLand when deputies responded to the call of a carjacking.
The victim said her boyfriend assaulted her and stole her car.
Deputies spotted the vehicle and tried to pull him over.
He then rammed a cruiser, and took off, eventually ending up in Seminole County.
He was arrested after a brief foot chase.
