JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) — Authorities say a targeted shooting outside a Florida apartment building wounded seven people, including two who received life-threatening injuries.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said in a news release that a group of roughly 10 people were standing outside the Eureka Gardens apartments in Jacksonville early Monday when three people approached on foot and fired more than 50 shots with a rifle and pistol. The shooters are still at large.
An infant was in the group, but the sheriff's office says the child was not hurt.
No additional information or arrest reports were immediately available from the sheriff's office.
