LEE COUNTY, Fla.-- A man dressed as Spider-Man is accused of stealing five credit cards, insurance cards and a driver's license from a woman in Lehigh Acres.
Lee County deputies arrested Mario Chavez after they say he took a woman's wallet from a Lehigh Acres Winn Dixie in July.
They say for two months, Chavez had access to the woman's credit cards and made hundreds of dollars in purchases.
A incident report says the victim never closed out her cards.
Crime Stoppers released a photo of Chavez on the day of the theft. In the photo, he can be seen wearing his Spider-Man pajamas.
