INDIAN ROCKS BEACH, Fla. (AP) — Sheriff's officials in Florida have arrested two current Philadelphia police officers and one retired officer following a dispute outside a restaurant.

The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office tweeted that deputies were sent to Crabby Bill's restaurant in Indian Rocks Beach late Tuesday to investigate a report of a domestic battery.

Investigators say 55-year-old Paul Seeger pushed his 44-year-old wife Cindy Caine. Seeger is an officer in Philadelphia and his wife is retired. A deputy called out to the pair and they started walking away. The deputy grabbed Seeger's arm and Seeger resisted. Caine tried to push the deputy away.

An arrest report says 44-year-old Philadelphia officer Frank Bonett clenched his fists and shouted profanities.

All three were charged with assault on a law enforcement officer and Seeger faces a domestic battery charge. They were released after posting bond.
