VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. A 73-year-old said he walks the beach every day to meet people, have some fun and of late has been wearing what some might consider a provocative t-shirt and passing out business cards with the same message.

"It's meant to lure girls with the prospect of money, living by the beach," said Karolina Seaman.

She said the 73-year-old handed a card to her 16-year-old daughter, while the family, with other teens in the bunch, was visiting the beach. It said: Sugar daddy seeking his sugar baby.  It offered a monthly allowance with perks described on the back and his email address. The senior was wearing a similarly worded t-shirt and carrying this bra padding.

"I'm looking for my Cinderella and takes this padding and places it up against her breast without actually touching her but as close as he can get because she backed away and says, 'it looks like you would be a perfect fit,' " Seaman said.

"I am so embarrassed over this. I understand the mother getting upset," the 73-year-old said.

He agreed to speak if he was not identified.

He says the cards, and the t-shirt, were a lark, that men asked where they could get the shirt. He says women on the beach regularly posed with him and he put the pictures on social media.

"We had like 78 likes which are the most likes I've ever had in my life on my Facebook page," he said.

He admits knowing the 16-year-old he talked to was underage. "I was giving her a compliment, she was the cutest one."

But says he meant no harm and is not, as the teen's mother suspects, a deviant. "I just want to apologize to her and apologize to her daughter."

"If you want something, go find it in a nursing home. Don't go to the beach approaching underage girls," Seamen said.

"The senior, who has no local or state criminal history, says he's considering moving out of the area because of what he calls his error in judgment.
