TARPON SPRINGS, Fla.-- A Florida woman is charged with felony animal cruelty after a video appeared to show her kick, choke, and hang her dog by its leash.

The video went viral, with tens of thousands of views and people called for her arrest.

On Friday, they got their wish.

The man who took the video confronted the woman who didn't seem to believe she did anything wrong.

Police found the suspect in Clearwater Friday afternoon, booked her into jail and charged her with animal cruelty.

Animal control took her two dogs, who did not appear to be injured. Michelle Sieber, 26, who is listed as transient on the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office website, is being held on $5,000 bond.
