Florida deputy loses control of vehicle, crashes into power poles

ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) - The Florida Highway Patrol says a deputy was injured when he lost control of his vehicle while responding to a call. The crash happened early Tuesday near Orlando.

Troopers say 24-year-old Deputy Carl Bronislawski lost control of the vehicle and hit two utility poles and a fence. Paramedics treated him at the scene. Orlando Utility Commission crews came to the scene to fix the power poles.

Troopers are continuing to investigate the crash.
