WINTER GARDEN, Fla. (AP) — Authorities say a 13-year-old boy is accused of fatally shooting a man during a dispute.
New outlets say the teen turned himself in to Winter Garden police on Thursday, hours after the early-morning shooting killed 25-year-old James Anthony Bacon.
Police had released a photo of the boy, saying he was "armed and dangerous."
Police say the boy is charged with first-degree murder.
No additional details were available.
