(WESH/NBC) - An 18-year-old girl is being credited with saving the life of a drowning toddler in Brevard County.

Surveillance video from the timber trace apartments in Titusville, Fla., shows the entire incident.

Police believe the 3-year-old either slipped or jumped into the pool after wandering around its edges.

For one minute and 30 seconds, no one noticed the drowning child, even as the toddler flails her arms with others in the pool then goes under.

Finally, police said the child’s 9-year-old cousin saw the toddler, swam over and pulled the 3-year-old's lifeless body out of the water.

Breanna Moseley, 18, then ran over, gave the toddler CPR and revived her before paramedics arrived.

The toddler was taken to the hospital as a precaution.

The toddler's aunt, Jasmine Johnson, is charged with child neglect after police discovered she sent the toddler to the pool with only Johnson's 14-year-old daughter and friend.
