Miami Police is searching for a trio of violent robbers who helped themselves to loads of cigarette cartons at a Pharmacy in Miami.
The incident occurred at a Walgreen Pharmacy located located at 3655 South Dixie Highway in late July.
According to detectives, a man and two women walked behind the store’s cashier counter and began to place cigarette boxes and cartons inside the purse one of the female suspects’ was carrying.
When the store clerk told them that it was prohibited, they became enraged and began throwing items at him and in the tussle, one of the women bit the store clerk in the finger in an attempt to get away. The store manager went to aid her employee, but was also shoved and later punched in the face by one of the women suspects.
All three robbers ran out of the store with the unpaid items.
Police say the three suspects jumped into a silver, 4-door 2015-2016 Nissan Maxima.
The suspects are described as following:
• Subject #1: 30 year old medium built black woman, approximately 5’8” – 5’9” tall, long hair, last seen wearing a white shirt with grey stripes and camouflage pants.
• Subject #2: 30 year old slim built full-bearded black man, approximately 6’ tall, medium high top hair style, last seen wearing a blue uniform shirt (unknown company) and khaki long shorts.
• Subject #3: 30 year old heavy-set black woman, approximately 5’5” – 5’7” tall, long hair in ponytail, last seen wearing a purple shirt with purple leggings.
