Amber Alert canceled for two missing, endangered Florida toddlers

UPDATE: The missing Williams children were located in Georgia and are safe and sound. The Georgia State Police located Ryan and Stacey Williams in Catoosa County, GA. The children were with them.

EARLIER:

An Amber Alert has been issued for two Citrus County children. Rylan Williams, 3, and Mason Williams, 1, were taken out of the home of their custodial guardian yesterday evening by their mother, Stacey Williams.

Williams is believed to be traveling with her husband and the children’s father Ryan Williams. The pair are known drug users and have a volatile relationship according to investigators. This new information elevated the children from missing and endangered status to an Amber Alert.

It is believe that they are traveling to West Virginia. They could be traveling in a white Ford Expedition.

Rylan was last seen wearing a pink dress with no shoes. Mason was last seen wearing an orange shirt and a diaper.

Both adults have a criminal past.
