Two injured in Pahokee shooting

Two people were transported to a local area hospital following a shooting in Pahokee early Monday night.

The incident happened shortly after 12:30 a.m. in the 100 block of Rardin Avenue. 

Crews on the scene reported two patients with injuries. 

Both patients were transported to the hospital for treatment. One patient was transported by helicopter. Their condition is unknown, said the Palm Beach County Fire Rescue. 

The investigation is ongoing.
