Less than a week after a deadly double shooting in Belle Glade, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office has made an arrest.
Detectives from the violent crimes division took 29-year-old Alton Johnson into custody.
The shooting happened on SW 6th Street in Belle Glade just before 5 p.m. Friday.
Ricardo and Antwon Terrell were shot and killed in a red sedan which was riddled with bullets.
Detectives charged Johnson with two counts of first degree murder with a firearm and felon in possession of a firearm.
Johnson, who is from Belle Glade, has been booked into the Palm Beach County Jail.
